Firstly, I am going to talk about using the Information technology in food, especially, the IT in the food safety. Then, I will talk about that how to use IT in food production.
Now days, the information technology is coming to ours life, like in kitchen, in sports, in school and so on. But, at the same time, the IT helps us to find some potential threats, which are like some harmful substances(excessive edible pigment or cancerignic additives) in food. For example, when the 3G internet and RFID(The Radio Frequency Identification, which can help people to food near by automatically) are using to the domain of food safety, we can see the produce base and how the producer to make the food products (such as: manufacture process and packing.). So that, people can get more information about food that they buy from supermarket. Therefore, people can make an assessment on the security of food, then they can decide that which food is better for them.
